Spark Series cables
Quick answers
A proper CAT6 RJ-45 fits and works on CAT6A cable — it is backward compatible. For the full 10G CAT6A speed, use CAT6A-rated connectors.
Box for short pulls straight off the counter; reel for long continuous site pulls.
Non-metallic alien cross-talk barrier. The cable stays U/UTP — no earthing or bonding needed. Fitted on every GOLD cable.
Copper and aluminium track the LME (London Metal Exchange); the list follows the metal. Ask your dealer for the current list.
Spark Series — common questions
What is the WIAN Spark Series?
Spark is WIAN's CAT6 UTP range — 24 AWG, 1G — for homes, small offices, shops and cost-led retrofits. Four cables: indoor or outdoor, pure copper or hybrid CCAM.
Is Spark good enough for CCTV?
Yes for IP cameras up to 100 m; pure copper (WC-1212G / WC-1213K) is the safer choice where PoE runs are long. For 10G or PoE-heavy sites step up to Neo or Gold.
Which Spark cable goes outdoors?
WC-1113K (hybrid CCAM) or WC-1213K (pure copper) — both with a black UV-stable LDPE jacket. The K in the code always means outdoor.
