WIAN is an Approved OEM on GeM for LAN cables and patch cords. Registered GeM resellers can get a WIAN OEM authorization / MAF against a genuine bid, free of charge. Read the terms below, then apply.

Eligibility and fees
Eligible GeM resellers can register for the WIAN GeM Authorization Program completely free. No registration fee, subscription fee or hidden charges are applicable.
Standard categories
Authorization for these GeM categories is issued only after verification of a genuine GeM Bid / RA / BOQ, service capability and WIAN approval.
- Q2 category: Copper Patch Cord, CAT-6 Patch Cord, Ethernet Cables
- Q3 category: Cables
Partner responsibilities
- Share complete GeM Bid / RA / BOQ details with WIAN.
- Maintain the required service capability and SLA.
- Provide installation, commissioning and on-site support wherever required.
- Follow GeM and Government procurement guidelines.
Validity and activation
- Activation within 24–48 working hours after verification.
- Authorization remains valid for the current month.
- Regular WIAN purchasers receive uninterrupted monthly activation.
- If no purchase is made during the current month, a fresh Authorization Advance is required for the next activation.
Product procurement
- Products supplied against WIAN OEM Authorization must be purchased only from WIAN or its authorized supply channel.
- WIAN Authorization cannot be used for non-WIAN products.
WIAN provides
- OEM Authorization / MAF (where applicable).
- Technical and compliance documents.
- Warranty and technical support.
Suspension and cancellation
- Authorization rights: WIAN reserves the right to reject, suspend, withdraw or cancel any authorization in case of misuse, fraud, false declarations, supply of non-WIAN products, policy violations, or failure to meet prescribed service obligations.
- Penalty: for any violation, misuse, unauthorized or fraudulent activity, or supply of non-WIAN products, WIAN may issue a debit note of 25 %–50 % of the relevant sale / transaction value.
- Payment period: the debit note must be paid within 7 days from the date of issuance.
- Authorization cancellation: WIAN may suspend or cancel the reseller / partner authorization for any violation of applicable terms and policies.
- Legal remedies: WIAN reserves the right to take legal action or any other appropriate remedies as permitted under applicable laws.
- Authorization Advance: any unadjusted Authorization Advance held by WIAN may be forfeited, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Direct buyer delivery
- Delivery responsibility: for orders requiring direct delivery to the buyer, delivery timelines and successful delivery at the destination are subject to the respective courier / logistics service and are not guaranteed by WIAN.
- Additional delivery charges: any applicable charges, including local delivery, portal charges, transport charges, India Post / public courier, or other courier / logistics charges, will be charged additionally to the reseller / partner.
- Return / non-delivery: in case of return or non-delivery, WIAN will not be responsible for the related delivery, return or re-delivery charges.
- Re-delivery: if a shipment is returned, a fresh delivery will be scheduled only after the returned product is received by WIAN and the applicable additional delivery charges are cleared by the reseller / partner.
